With vintage Perth Mint 5oz ingots, the “999” purity stamp is not supposed to be “wide spaced” in a late serial “leading 0 variety” as seen here with ingot (0792). This is unique example shows a wide spaced “999” purity while still being in this specific 0-leading serial range. In addition, this ingot is serial stamped on the bottom-middle of the ingots backside. It is subject to opinion that this ingot is a oddball when it comes to classification, however we will leave it to your unbiased discretion.
